1. Reservations

    Your room is reserved up to 3pm on the arrival date. You must guarantee your reservation at the time of booking; all non-guaranteed rooms will be released three days prior to arrival.

    You can guarantee your room by giving your credit or debit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your room in full when you make the reservation up to three days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by debit / credit card.

    Bliss lodge must receive all cheques and BACS Payments at least five (5) working days before the arrival date. Bliss lodge regrets that if a cheque is received late or dishonoured it may not be able to keep the room available.

  2. Payment

    Bliss lodge accepts payment by cash, cheque (with a valid cheque guarantee card), credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Solo, Delta) an additional charge of 2.45% will be added for COMPANY CARD transactions. (normally waved on long term stays) The debited amount will show on your statement as Billie Lewis Promotions Ltd.

  3. Cancellations

    If you cancel a guaranteed room after 11pm on the arrival date, you will be charged for one night's accommodation per room booked. Cancellation of a long term stay without 5 days notice will incur the above plus a 10% charge per room for each remaining night.

    If you decide to shorten your stay you must inform us by 11am on the day otherwise you will be charged the cost of one night’s accommodation per room booked.

  4. Arrival and departure

    Rooms are available from 3pm on the arrival date.

    Please let Bliss lodge know if you are likely to arrive after 8 pm.

    Your room must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time will result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one night's accommodation.
