Terms and Conditions

Reservations
A room is reserved up to 2pm on the arrival date.

You can reserve a room over the phone or by paying for the room in full in advance of your arrival.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or via Paypal.

Bliss Lodge must receive all cheques at least two weeks before the arrival date. We regret that if a cheque is received late or dishonoured we may not be able to keep the room reservation available.


Payment
Bliss Lodge accepts payment by cash, cheque or Paypal.

Customers paying with cash are required to provide identification on check in.

Acceptable forms of ID are: current driving licence, ID card, Passport, Utility bill / bank statement (with address)


Room Prices
Room prices are per room per night.

Bliss Lodge reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time. You will pay the room price as quoted at the point of room reservation.


Cancellations
Cancellation of a room reservation must be made before 1pm on the arrival date unless stated otherwise on your booking terms and conditions.

Failure of the customer to cancel before 1pm on the day of the arrival gives Bliss Lodge the right to charge for one nights accommodation.

If you decide to shorten your stay you must inform us by 12 noon on the day otherwise you will be charged the cost of one nights accommodation per room booked.

Bookings made after 1pm on the day of arrival are non refundable, and are subject to the standard cancellation terms.

Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 2pm on the arrival date unless otherwise agreed.

Please inform us if you are likely to arrive after 8pm.

Your room must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served on a flexible time scale between 7.30am and 10am.


Family and group bookings
Subject to availability Bliss Lodge will try to accommodate family and group bookings.

Our expectations of your party

You are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings of the bed and breakfast. If any act, default or neglect by the guests or organisers results in damage or complaints from other guests, the customer shall be liable to pay Bliss Lodge on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage.

In the event of wilful or negligent interruption to the business or other customers, Bliss lodge will charge the amount of any loss to the customer and terminate the contract. Bliss Lodge will not be liable for any refund or compensation in such circumstances.

The customer / means you the organising body company and organiser responsible for commissioning and payment of the accommodation.

The contract means agreement between Bliss Lodge and the Customer for a specific booking or series of bookings.
This contract applies to Bliss Lodge and the Customers reservation and no payment will be made to any third party.
Bliss Lodge reserves the right to cancel the Customers reservation without further notice if there is a breech of these Terms and Conditions.

Bliss lodge do not accept liability for any failure to provide services contracted due to circumstances beyond our control including industrial action, postal communication, plant failures, supply of gas, electricity and water or fire evacuation.
The details of these Terms and Conditions do not remove the common law duty to mitigate losses
